WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

We are excited to announce we will start offering a stickers only option as of the May 2018 box. These will be offered at a lower price
be available in both the subscription and single purchase options! You will get everything except "The Extras"
CAN I GET ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS BOXES?
For subscribers the answer is Yes! We have a subscribers only section of the website that allows you access to previous stickers and often many of "The Extras"
that came in the boxes!
WHAT TYPE OF PLANNERS WILL THE STICKERS FIT?
We are excited to be able to offer the box is 3 different sizes currently:
Erin Condren vertical layout. The sizing of many popular planners are approximately the same and so these fit well in the standard Happy Planner
Happy Planner Large. If you are interested in Erin Condren large, please contact us.
B6 sized TN Inserts. The stickers that come in this size are formatted to fit within your B6 on a jumpband
WILL YOU OFFER OTHER SIZES IN THE FUTURE?
Yes! I am currently working on a personal (A5) size. When these become available, I will contact subscribers to see if they would like to modify their subscription to one of the new formats!
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
The Gootzie Box contains products already at a discounted price so there are no additional discounts at this time.
WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
Boxes paid for by the 10th of the previous month, will be shipped approximately the 15th of the following month.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Absolutely. We hope to give you a great experience and value with the Gootzie Box but we understand you sometimes need to cancel and you are free to do that at any time.
Unfortunately due to the nature of a subscription boxes, we are unable to refund boxes that have already been paid for. To cancel, send us a message through the Contact Me menu and we will process your cancellation.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY BOX SHIPS?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We ship using USPS.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes. We ship and provide tracking for all international orders.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
Issues can happen, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me if there is one and I will do my best to make it right!
CAN I POST IMAGES AND VIDEO OF THE BOX CONTENTS?
Absolutely! We would love to see your images! We only ask that you give spoiler alerts when posting to allow those that have not received their box yet the option to remain surprised.
