WHAT IF I JUST WANT THE STICKERS?
You are in luck! We offer a "Just the Stickers"' option for the Gootzie Box. These will be offered at a lower price and be available in both the subscription and single purchase options! You will get everything except "The Extras"
WHAT IF I WANT MORE COORDINATING STICKERS?
While some elements will be exclusive to the box, there will be coordinating kits available in all the existing kit sizes if you need to supplement your box in the future
CAN I GET ITEMS FROM PREVIOUS BOXES?
Yes! extra items from boxes are listed on the site after all subscribers have received their goodies!
WHAT TYPE OF PLANNERS WILL THE STICKERS FIT
The box is designed to offer maximum flexibility and versatility and can be used in most planners and inserts.
Most stickers stay within the 1.5 inch width used by most planner makers. Larger options may be available by request.
ARE THERE ANY DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
The Gootzie Box contains products already at a discounted price so there are no additional discounts at this time.
WHEN WILL MY BOX SHIP?
Boxes paid for by the 10th of the previous month, will be shipped approximately the 15th of the following month.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Absolutely. We hope to give you a great experience and value with the Gootzie Box but we understand you sometimes need to cancel and you are free to do that at any time.
Unfortunately due to the nature of a subscription boxes, we are unable to refund boxes that have already been paid for. To cancel, send us a message through the Contact Me menu and we will process your cancellation.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY BOX SHIPS?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We ship using USPS.
DO YOU PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Yes. We ship and provide tracking for all international orders.
WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
Issues can happen, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me if there is one and I will do my best to make it right!
CAN I POST IMAGES AND VIDEO OF THE BOX CONTENTS?
Absolutely! We would love to see your images! We only ask that you give spoiler alerts when posting to allow those that have not received their box yet the option to remain surprised.
